Just had the phone company out to install another phone line for the office. When the Telus installer arrived, he told me that he is not allowed to climb the pole to do the install until BC Hydro changes the fuse holders on the pole. My previous Vonage phone service has already been disconnected and now it could be another week until I can get the new  Response Point  phone service running.  I can still be reached by email, even though it feels like I’m in the Dark Ages without phone service!
